My Author Journey
My writing journey began as a young teenager, journaling in my diary. I had never dreamed about becoming an author but always felt drawn to writing letters, notes, cards and journalling. In 2020, I began to write children’s books and have since self-published four books.
“Behind Closed Doors:
Memoirs of Motherhood, Marriage & Mental Health
a personal memoire mixed with the stories of 13 Saskatchewan women navigating both the hard and hope-filled seasons of life.
Love Bug Books - Laura Lawrence
‘Love Bug Books’ is the name of my publishing company and came from the inspiration of one tiny ladybug - a symbol of remembrance of my beloved Oma Elly. Hidden ladybugs are a signature piece of all of my children’s books and a favorite part of the reading experience of littles and families!
